Social contribution and respectful relationships with stakeholders are ingrained in Pizza Pizza’s moral, entrepreneurial and cultural fabric and are outlined in its principles.
Launched in October 2007 in conjunction with the company’s 40th anniversary, Pizza Pizza introduced The Slices For Smiles Fund. The focus is aimed to assist organizations that provide the fundamental building blocks of life – education, healthcare, nutrition and social support – to children locally and nationally enhancing their potential to achieve a better quality of life.
Several campaigns to date included Cheese for Charity fundraising days, with store donation boxes, a corporate donation and marketing support for the cause.
Sania (3), with the help of Mom (Madiha) and sister Alaysha (5), donates change to a collection box for Pizza Pizza's Slices for Smiles fundraiser. The April 2009 fundraiser offered select pizza items at a discount with a portion of proceeds going to Children's Miracle Network.

- Community Sponsorships: Maintaining a tradition, Pizza Pizza sponsors hundreds of community-related initiatives and nurtures participation in and enjoyment of sports, arts and cultural activities.
- Environment: Pizza Pizza works with suppliers, franchise partners and community groups to develop practices that eliminate waste, encourage recycling and help protect the environment.
- Selecting Suppliers: Pizza Pizza accepts only those suppliers that meet high standards of ethical and social conduct and share the company’s commitment to the freshest ingredients. Whenever possible, Pizza Pizza purchases ingredients from Canadian suppliers.
