General Questions:

  1. What is the button with the grid-like icon on the home screen?
    This is your Dashboard button which will take you to the Dashboard screen. The dashboard screen will present you with other features in the app such as Restaurant Locator, My Profile, Favourite Orders, Order Cart, Order History, Saved Addresses, Saved Restaurants and Contest Zone (if available).
  2. How to locate Pizza Pizza restaurants closest to you?
    Here is how you can find your closest restaurants:
    • Touch on the Dashboard icon
    • Touch on Store Locator button – if you have the location services turned on the app will locate the closest restaurants to you on a map. You can touch on any of the listings to get the address and hours of operation.
    • If the location services on your device are off, you can still type in your city or postal code to locate the restaurants closest to you.
    • You can also touch on the "List" view to see a list with addresses and store hours of operation for the day
  3. I turned on Location Services for the app and it is still unable to find me. Is there something wrong?
    Most likely there are no Pizza Pizza restaurants nearby or the GPS was unable to locate you accurately. In such a case you will be presented with a simple manual way to specify your location using your city, postal code or even street address.

  1. How do I browse the Pizza Pizza menu with larger images on the iPhone app?
    While on the home screen, just tilt your iPhone to the left or right (landscape mode). You will see larger images of our menu items appear. You can always tilt the iPhone back (portrait mode) to go back to the standard view.
  2. The app crashed while I was in the middle of an order. What happens to my order?
    Your order will still be saved when you re-launch the app and you will be advised that there is an incomplete order in your cart. You can proceed with configuring your order. Please provide us feedback on your experience through the feedback form on this site.
  3. I got an error message while creating my order
    Most likely the error message was caused by a dropped internet connection. If however, you are sure that the error message wasn't due to an internet connection, please send us an email at iphone@pizzapizza.ca with the exact error message and a screen shot, if possible.
  4. Where can I find my Order History?
    The "Order History" button in the dashboard will show you your order history which will consist of your last 5 orders (both mobile and web orders).
  5. Order History
    Clicking on the "Order History" button in the dashboard will show you your last 5 orders. This will also include orders you placed on the web.
  6. I just finished ordering and the app did not provide me a time guarantee along with a countdown

  1. How do I login / logout?
    Please use the dashboard button (located on the top-left of your home screen) to go to the dashboard. On the dashboard, the login / logout button is located on the top-left.
  2. Can't login/forgot password
    Please launch the app and touch on "login" button towards the top left. Touch on the "reset password" button and you will be asked to enter your email address. A temporary password will be sent to your email address. The temporary password is case sensitive.
  3. Can you please delete my account?
    Please send us an email using the email address you registered with the address associated with their profile. Please note that your profile on pizzapizza.ca will also be deleted.
  4. Please change my password or change the address etc
    If you have called the call centre to change your profile information, they will not have the ability to do so. You will need to make changes by clicking on "My Profile" through the app or by logging in to your account on www.pizzapizza.ca
  5. How can I delete my saved payment information?
    Please go to your dashboard and touch on "My Profile" -> Saved Payment Information from where you can delete the saved information.
  6. How to add multiple addresses on the account?
    - Touch on the dashboard button to the top left of the screen.
    - Touch on Saved addresses button
    - Click on the + sign to add another address
  7. App doesn’t load correctly / App is stuck on loading screen when trying to add an item.
    This is most likely caused by a lost internet connection (WiFi or 3G). Please verify your connection and try again.

  1. Does the app communicate over a secure network?
    Yes, all network communication is done securely over an HTTPS connection.
  2. Is my payment information safe?
    The payment information you provide is stored on your app and you can choose whether you want the app to remember this information.
  3. I don’t want to give you my payment information
    With every order and usage of the app you have the opportunity to pay at the door to avoid payment through the app.
    However, payment through the application is safe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and you have the choice to save it on your iPhone securely.
