We encourage you to continue to accumulate, convert, and use your Club 11-11 “dough” exactly as usual throughout this notice period. Because we are shifting to an entirely new points system, remaining Club 11-11 balances will not transfer to the new program.
More news will follow as we get closer to launch. We are excited by the opportunity to make each order with us an even more rewarding experience!

What happens to my old Club 11-11 account?
Your Club 11-11 account will automatically convert into the new program on Day 1. You don’t need to sign up again, but you must use up your dough, as it will not transfer over.
Does it cost anything to transition to the new Pizza Pizza loyalty program?
Absolutely not! The new Pizza Pizza loyalty program is completely free to use, and there are zero membership fees.
Can I cash out my remaining Club 11-11 balance or use it to buy a gift card?
No. Club 11-11 balances can only be redeemed for food items on our menu at participating traditional Pizza Pizza restaurants. They cannot be used to purchase gift cards, loads, reloads, or vouchers, or be exchanged for cash.
Is there a limit on how much Club 11-11 loyalty value I can spend at once?
Yes. In accordance with the Club 11-11 program rules, members can accumulate up to $50 in unconverted “dough” for conversion, and a maximum of $50 in “dough” may be redeemed in any single transaction.
